Here are the instructions for registering your child using the Region 19 Online Registration System.

1. Print and fill out one copy of the registration form for each child you wish to register.
   Click here for the Registration Form in PDF.
   You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the Registration Form. Click here to get Acrobat Reader. (If you have trouble downloading or opening the player form, you may need to upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat Reader.)
2. If your child is playing on a High School team, please indicate so on the Registration Form or an attached note.
3. Include a copy of the birth ceritficate for each child.
4. Include a check for the amount of the registration fee.
5. Send all of the above to:
